Mindfulness Naturally at Bere Regis

An introduction to basic mindfulness techniques in a natural environment.

Practise some simple exercises to help you relax and deal better with the everyday stresses of life in a supportive, non-judgemental atmosphere. 

Open to all aged over 16. 

Tea and biscuits available afterwards. 

A donation of £5 to Dorset Wildlife Trust is suggested.
