Who are we?

The Stray Dogs Sanctuary takes in stray and, if we have a room, unwanted dogs. As our dogs often have no history we use kennels rather than foster homes. Dogs are checked by a vet before being re-homed, vaccinated and micro-chipped. We do a home visit prior to adoption so that we can check suitability for a particular dog. We will consider families with children who would like to adopt a dog. If a dog is taken on and doesn’t settle or family circumstances change then the charity take the dog back.
