About the event

Join us on World Ocean's Day for a guided walk along the seashore at Kimmeridge.  Learn more about seaweed, how to identify different species and carry out a simple citizen science survey to help monitor some common, non-native and climate change indicator species.

Mobility

Access to the beach can be unstable and unsuitable for those with limited mobility.

What to bring

Please dress appropriately for the weather and wear sturdy footwear or wellies for walking on the beach.

Parking information

Access to Kimmeridge Bay is via a toll road which costs £6 per car (charges vary depending on the vehicle). Car parking is included in the toll fee.
