Ticks & Lyme Disease |
 |
Be safe while walking your dog.
We all know that dogs can pick up ticks when they are out on their walk...but so can humans. Somerset County Council has produced an informative leaflet called 'Ticks & Lyme Disease'. Topics covered include what to look out for, how to prevent being bitten, what to do if you are bitten and whether you need to see a doctor.
Somerset County Council have very generously sent Dorset Dogs a copy of the leaflet. You can read it here.
