1 This describes a fishing method that has little environmental impact beyond the removal of the target species.

2 The product must be caught or produced using selective and low impact minimal bycatch methods such as rod and line, pot or trap, handpicked, static net or farmed shellfish and listed on the Great Dorset Seafood species list
