This form is for use by volunteers of Dorset Wildlife Trust to submit their records of volunteering hours carried out on a monthly basis. The data provided in collecting volunteering hours helps us to provide clear evidence of the impact of our many volunteers. Even just logging a couple of hours a month all adds up, so please feel free to use this form whenever you have been carrying out any form of volunteering for the Trust. There is no requirement to complete this form if your volunteering is part of an organised group, as your details will be recorded by the group leader. Examples of volunteering that should use this form are newsletter deliverers, surveys, volunteer warden patrols etc.
