Few people and almost no reputable scientists, doubt the serious impacts that climate change will have on our environment, nature, society and economies. Dorset Wildlife Trust (DWT) is asking the people of Dorset to take part in the Wildlife Trusts ‘30 Days Wild’ initiative, where everyone, everywhere is encouraged to do something wild each day for the 30 days in June, and enjoy the physical and mental health benefits resulting from spending more time outside with nature.

This is a powerful approach to present a united front, common messages and a unified strategy. - We want to make sure that the envrironment isn't forgotten.

Dorset Wildlife Trust (DWT) is running a series of ‘health walks’ at its Lorton Meadows Nature Reserve, and is inviting people who may not have experienced walking around a nature reserve before, to join. The first walk is 10am on Monday 24th April and will continue every Monday (except bank holiday’s) until October.
