Who Are We & What Do We do?

We are all volunteers, with one common aim - we all like bats! Our role is one of helping record and protect the bats of Dorset.  We do this by carrying out surveys, roost visits, engaging with the public - anything that will help raise awareness of the bats around us and the need for their protection.

There are lots of pages crammed full of information about Dorset's Bats, events, projects, FAQ's & information on how to join the Bat Group.  Feel free to explore the pages and contact me with any comments or ideas you may have.  It would be great to hear a few stories as well, so if you have a particularly interesting batty tale then and we'll add it to the website.
