Vitacress is positioned as the leading European producer of organic and conventional fresh, prepared, watercress and baby leaf salads. Our focus is on highly nutritious fresh produce, produced with minimum environmental impact. We operate a "follow the sun" philosophy, growing crops outdoors in ideal conditions which require less pesticide and fertiliser input.
We have a number of farms throughout England, spread across Dorset, Hampshire, Kent and Wiltshire, as well as our own farms in Portugal and Spain. We have exclusive partners in Kenya and the United States. This network ensures we can continue to farm and supply our high quality crops throughout the year, avoiding the use of heated glass. We focus heavily on sustainable farming and biodiversity across all our operations. |
