Join us for this year's AGM
We are pleased to invite our members to join us for our AGM to be held at Brooklands Farm, Forston, Dorchester DT2 7AA on Monday 7 December 2026 at 11am. This is your opportunity to hear about what your support has achieved in the last year, our plans for the future and to ask questions of our staff and trustees.
Booking your place at the AGM
The AGM is a free, members-only event and in order for us to safely manage the event we ask that members register their attendance in advance with their membership number by email to enquiries@dorsetwildlifetrust.org.uk.

Questions
From 9 November 2026, members may submit written questions to be addressed at the meeting. Questions should be emailed to enquiries@dorsetwildlifetrust.org.uk no later than 30 November 2026. The email must include the member’s name and membership number.
Voting
Proxy voting will be in place for those members unable to attend the meeting. Details of how to vote by proxy can be obtained by emailing enquiries@dorsetwildlifetrust.org.uk and the forms must be received by the Trust no later than 11am on 4 December 2026.
Joining the AGM on the day
Doors will open at 10.45am and we ask that members are seated to allow the AGM to commence promptly at 11am.
