The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from dorsetwildlifetrust.org.uk.
You may only place an order for goods if you agree to these terms and conditions. By placing an order you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions as governing your order. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
100% PROFITS HELP DORSET'S WILDLIFE
All profits made from the sale of goods on the Dorset Wildlife Trust online shop are paid to Dorset Wildlife Trust (registered charity number in England and Wales 200222 and company registered in England & Wales, registration number 0688439) by its wholly owned subsidiary DWT Services Ltd (registered company number England 2293763). Registered office: Brooklands Farm, Forston, Dorchester, DT2 7AA.
The supply of goods from this site is subject to availability, and it is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you want are still available for purchase. If the item that you have ordered is unavailable, we may from time to time offer a substitute that is of equal or greater value and quality of the original item. If you are not entirely happy, you may return the substitute product.
When you submit your order you are allowing DWT Services Ltd to use your personal details to fulfil your order. In the event that there is a problem with your order, or a delay in sending it to you, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity.
We aim to keep the prices in the shop valid until 31 December 2020 while stocks last. We reserve the right to alter these prices if there is a change in the VAT rate or other significant cost price increases beyond our control. VAT is included in the advertised product price (except Adoptions, Membership, and Donations which are VAT exempt)
PRODUCT SOURCING -
Where possible we have developed a range of products that are consistent with and supportive of our Dorset Wildlife Trust ethos and aims for wildlife and nature.
All of the Christmas cards and calendars are printed on FSC certified paper and are printed using vegetable-based inks. Our most recent designs are packaged in fully compostable corn starch packaging. Some of our Classic Christmas cards are packaged in a range of materials. Please see each product for more information about packaging.
PACKING & DELIVERY CHARGE
To cover the average cost of packing and delivery, a flat charge of £3.95 will be added to orders. Packing and delivery is free for all orders over £25. This is the easiest way for DWT Service Ltd to recoup the cost of packing and sending your order to you. Seasonal price variations will apply.
Delivery within mainland UK is normally within seven working days of receipt of your order if the items are in stock. Orders paid for by cheque will take longer.
NON-MAINLAND UK & OVERSEAS ORDERS –
Non-mainland UK and overseas orders cannot be placed online. Please contact email@example.com or phone 01305 264620 leaving a message with more details. We will then determine a price to send your parcel to the required address and get in contact with you to take payment over the phone.
DWT Services Ltd offers a no-quibble return policy. Should you be less than delighted with any item you buy from us for any reason, let us know within 30 days of delivery, and we will be pleased to offer you a replacement or a full refund.
In the event that any goods purchased from our website prove to be unsatisfactory in use, due to defective workmanship or faulty material, you can return them to us for a replacement or a full refund, if you contact us within 30 days of receipt of your goods.
Where a refund is claimed, we will process the refund as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for us to refund your money. We will also refund the cost of returning any goods.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS
To cancel or amend an order, please email email@example.com or phone 01305 264620 and leave a message. If your order has already entered the delivery process this option will not be available. You will receive confirmation whether or not your cancellation was possible.

When you come to pay for your order you are automatically connected to SagePay which uses SSL encryption technology. This ensures that the information you send cannot be read by anyone apart from our finance team. When in SagePay you should see a closed padlock appear at the bottom of your browser indicating you are in a secure site. When submitting your order you are confirming to purchase goods and allowing DWT Services Ltd to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying goods.
