How you'll be helping

Your support will help to make more space for nature on nature reserves, farms, parks, gardens and even road verges - we're aiming for 30% of Dorset's land and sea to be managed for the benefit of nature by 2030.

By visibly taking action, you'll also inspire and empower other people in Dorset to take action for nature - we need 25% of the population to take action in order for Dorset's nature to recover.

What you'll receive

When you join as a standard individual or joint member, you'll receive your exclusive membership magazine, Dorset Wildlife, 3 times a year by post or online, packed with information about events, guided walks, talks and much more. Plus, a comprehensive pocket guide to all 42 of our nature reserves.

Or, join as a paperless digital individual or joint member, and enjoy your Dorset Wildlife magazines online, plus an exclusive Nature Reserves Explorer Mini-Guide to download to your device, packed with guided walks and maps for Dorset Wildlife Trust's best nature reserves. You'll also gain access to our digital member hub, where you'll find digital resources including podcasts, online talks and wildlife identification courses to help sharpen your wildlife-spotting skills.

Family members receive our Wildlife Watch children's magazine four times a year, a Wildlife Watcher's Handbook, a membership card, badge, poster and stickers and access to fun family wildlife events.

Minimum rates apply during the January Half Price Offer: Individual membership (1 person) is from £2 per month - usually £4 per month (or from £24 per annum - usually £48 per annum); Joint membership (2 people) is from £2 per month - usually £4 per month (or from £27 per annum - usually £54 per month) and Family membership (2 people plus) is from £2.50 per month - usually £5 per month (or from £30 per annum - usually £60 per annum).
