About the event

Join us for this fun family-friendly workshop at the Wild Chesil Centre to have a go at making a bird nestbox.

With help from Dorset Wildlife Trust staff and accompanying adults, each child will assemble their nest box kit, which they can take home to help the birds in their garden. All the materials and tools required will be provided along with advice on where to site the box and aftercare.

The morning will be divided into two separate hour-long sessions and we can only accommodate five children per session.

Session one runs from 10:30am to 11:30am.
Session two runs from 12pm to 1pm.
