About the event

Join a Dorset Wildlife Trust Warden at this family event on a morning stroll around Lorton Meadows nature reserve. We will be looking for some of the butterflies, birds, bugs and blooming flowers species found on this beautiful site in late summer. Our staff and volunteers will help you identify the wildlife that we see along the way.

Tickets are charged at £6 for adults and £4 for children.

Additional booking information

This event is suitable for families with children from 4 to 15 yrs old. All children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Please be aware that there may be areas of uneven muddy ground so wear stout shoes or walking boots.
