Join us for this year's AGM
We are pleased to invite our members to join us for our AGM to be held at Brooklands Farm, Forston, Dorchester DT2 7AA on Monday 1 December 2025 at 11am. This is your opportunity to hear about what your support has achieved in the last year, our plans for the future and to ask questions of our staff and trustees.
Booking your place at the AGM
The AGM is a free, members-only event and in order for us to safely manage the event we ask that members register their attendance in advance with their membership number by email to agm@dorsetwildlifetrust.org.uk.

11am: AGM starts – see Agenda and Formal Notice for resolutions
11.45am: Mark Kibblewhite, Chair of Trustees - Review of the year
12 noon: Brian Bleese, Chief Executive - Dorset Wildlife Trust: strategy, challenges and opportunities
12.15pm: Any other business
12.30pm: Event closes

Questions
From 6 November 2025, members may submit written questions about items on the agenda to be addressed at the meeting. Questions should be emailed to agm@dorsetwildlifetrust.org.uk no later than 26 November 2025. The email must include the member’s name and membership number.
Voting
Proxy voting will be in place for those members unable to attend the meeting. Details of how to vote by proxy are given in the formal AGM documents below and the forms must be received by the Trust no later than 11am on 28 November 2025.
Joining the AGM on the day
Doors will open at 10.45am and we ask that members are seated to allow the AGM to commence promptly at 11am.
