Dorset Wildlife Trust Talks

Dorset Wildlife Trust has experienced speakers on a broad variety of topics to give presentations to groups in any part of the county. Whilst we try our best to fulfil your talk request, we are entirely dependent on the availability of our speakers in combination with your location and the topic you request.

Types of talks include:

  • Brownsea/Wild Brownsea
  • Marine Conservation – Marine Conservation Zones and Plastics
  • Dorset Wild Rivers
  • Portland Wildlife and Living Landscapes
  • West Dorset Wildlife, Living Landscapes and the Kingcombe Centre
  • Wildflower meadows and species-rich grassland restoration
  • East Dorset Wildlife, The Great Heath Living Landscape
  • The Great Heath Nature Parks
  • Wildlife Gardening
  • General Dorset Wildlife Trust talk
  • DWT Nature Reserves

DWT has a suggested a minimum donation of £50 for a talk (please check with DWT HQ for current rate) and asks for travelling expenses in addition.

Please note that in most cases it is not possible to bring wildlife along to our talks.  Please liaise with the speaker regarding this matter.
