About the event

Join us for eco-crabbing on the seashore in Kimmeridge Bay. Find out how to catch seashore crabs without harming them or any of the other marine life they live alongside, and learn how to look after your catch. Discover the different types of crab to be found at Kimmeridge as well as lots of fun crabby facts. This event is weather dependent.

£7 per child which includes a plastic-free crab line to keep.

All children must be accompanied by an adult. Accompanying adults free.

The event is carried out at the waters' edge and is not suitable for under three year olds.

This event includes walking over wet, uneven and sometimes slippery rocks therefore sturdy shoes or wellies are essential.

Parking information

Access to Kimmeridge Bay is via a toll road which costs £6 per car (charges vary depending on the vehicle). Car parking is included in the toll fee.
