Bournemouth School’s Turner House raise almost £2000 for Dorset Wildlife Trust

A student-led charity week of cake sales, tuck shops, fun sporting events, throwing sponges at senior staff in stocks, and a non-uniform day resulted in Turner House raising nearly £2000 for the Dorset Wildlife Trust.

Katie Wilkinson, a community conservation officer for the trust, said “Thank you to everyone at the school for raising such a fantastic amount of money to help the conservation of wildlife and habitats in Dorset.”

Mrs Monzon, House Leader for Turner House is pictured below presenting a cheque for £1969 to Katie Wilkinson from Dorset Wildlife Trust, surrounded by some of the House prefects who helped raise the money during the charity week.

Thank you to Turner House for the generous donation.
