About the event

This day workshop is designed to give a good start to people wanting to take up watercolour. Starting with good quality paints, brush and paper, (all supplied) gives you the best possible advantage and saves initial expense. A good brush and a palette containing paint are yours to take home at the end. Come and discover the charm and versatility of watercolour in a productive day at the Wild Chesil Centre. You may be surprised at what you can do.

The workshop will be led by Sally Pinhey. Sally has many years experience of leading art classes, and is renowned for her patient, friendly approach to teaching. There will also be a short guided walk led by a Dorset Wildlife Trust Warden.
